Refund Policy

Returns

Unless otherwise advised, Honcho Wholesale offers no returns or exchanges of any products it sells.

All sales are final.

Cases are sold "as-is".

Pallets and truckloads are "as-is".

Only under certain circumstances we can offer a guarantee for case quantity orders. 1. Guarantee of condition.

Customer Returns - Product returns can vary in condition. These items can be damaged, missing tags, but the majority of items will be in good condition and in working condition. Some items may have box damage or damaged items.

Note: If we inspect items and they are damaged in customer return lots, we often throw them away during our quality control process. However, damaged items can be expected and we do not guarantee perfect quality from customer return lots.

Shelf pulls/store stock - Product is primarily brand new with tags, while some items are missing tags. The majority of items (95%+) are in brand new with tag condition. If your condition is in shelf pull/store stock condition, we can compensate for damaged items in partial refund only at the discretion of Honcho Wholesale (only applicable to orders of cases, not applicable to pallets or truckload quantity orders).

Honcho Wholesale does NOT guarantee accuracy of estimated original MSRP price, or any other pricing & value information.

In the case of a dispute:

Send an e-mail to support@honchowholesale.com stating "DISPUTE ORDER #___".

Honcho Wholesale will determine your eligibility of a return.

Do not dispute your claim with 3rd party sources as the decision for dispute or claim is at the sole discretion of Honcho Wholesale. All disputes and charge backs through 3rd parties will result in account termination. All charge backs will result in legal action if there are unpaid balances.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Items sold by 3rd party sellers using our platform
Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Refunds (if applicable)
*Other sellers using our marketplace do not qualify for refunds.
*For Honcho Wholesale items only, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The decision for a refund is at the sole discretion of Honcho Wholesale.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@honchowholesale.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We do not replace items.

Shipping
To return your product, contact us for a shipping location. Send a tracking number to support@honchowholesale.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

All shipping costs are non-refundable.

There is a non-refundable $30 shipping charge for case size orders.


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All disputes and final decisions for transactions are considered to be confidential information.
